SOLAT from the perspective of ISLAM

SOLAT can be defined as the several movement that all the muslims are required to perform as the obligation to ALLAH SWT. Solat is the daily routine for muslim when it need to be performed 5 times a day; maghrib,isya,subuh,zohor and asar. Any muslims who purposely refuses to perform it, he/she has commited a big sin.

From the science's perspective, solat is the way to acquire the higher level of a good health. Saboe(1996) reported that the movement in solat that being performed everyday can decrease the percentage of being fat, rheumatic, diabetes, edema, heart and whatsoever. Other than that, the movements can also make the muscles become bigger and stronger. The heart is became stronger and the capacity for it to pump the blood is increase. Then, the capacity for the lung to inhale and exhale is improved.

If Tai Chi involves the several movements of body in order to gain health.While SOLAT can do better than that because its also include the recitation from the Quran and also prayers. This Quran recitation must follow the order of the SOLAT. the movement is the physical needs while the Quran recitation is the spiritual need. That's the difference between tai chi and SOLAT.

reading book...

salam

im not kind of girl who like reading book especially novel. by looking at the thick novel i just can't hold myself to say no to novel and i don't want to get involve with the disease called "novelism"..ha3.. my favourite book more to straightforward information and of course the book must be informative especially if the stuff in it is a a new discovery for me...means a book full of new info for me... of course novel give us info too but we have to search for the info and i not really like searching the info in a full pages of words that is meaningless..(sorry for the novel's lover).

but now im on my way in finishing a novel entitled "Sister's Keeper"..it is a heavy story for me. the story is fulled of humanity amd morality but i wanna try to finish it during this holiday season.. i hope i can get something from it..

tetapi cinta Illahi adalah yang paling agung dan pasti abadi..
cintailah manusia itu kerana Allah, insyaAllah kebahagiaan pasti dikecapi..

holiday's starting point

salam everyone, exam is done,no more homework, no more assignment, so what do you think i should do during this long period of holiday. i have finished my foundation course and alhamdulillah i passed all the paper but dunno the result yet. for my friends that have to repeat, i pray for your success because i know your have been working so hard before the exam and this is a test from Allah SWT and only Allah SWT knows the reason for this test...

FYI, i used to fail in LDS test paper and it is our assignment you know. I failed not once but twice...the 1st one i still can repeat the paper and i passed but the second test i failed and i cannot repeat it because it's already end of the sem..i was really dissapointed at myself that moment that when entering the 3rd sem, i told myself no more repeat paper!! so i studied so hard especially on LDS because i really bad in it..but alhamdulillah i manage to overcome my weakness but i think i need to do more and lots of exercise on LDS because grammar is the most important component in B.Ed TESL... until now im still working on it...

moral value: never stop studying....because its' never end...

okay! go back to my holiday...what should i do..i cannot go shopping now because my allowance are all finish for this month means i have to wait about a week; staying in my room,watching t.v and when december comes then..i can figure out what i wanna do during this holiday...
so for now my starting point of this holiday is facing this laptop until my allowance comes to me... huhu..so sad...but happy to be home..
